Denise is a passionate plain language advocate. She sees governments and businesses as responsible for presenting information in a way that everyone, especially minority groups, can easily understand. Denise knows that plain language benefits governments and businesses too, improving teamwork by making internal communication more effective.

Since joining the Foundation, Denise has supported our diverse teams to innovate and grow. She ensures we have what we need to deliver exceptional experiences for all our clients. Denise is building a strong workplace culture and robust systems that enable us to excel and reach our potential.

Denise has over 25 years’ leadership experience in operations, account management, and people and development. She has a deep knowledge of strategic planning, service delivery and performance solutions. In her previous work in the travel industry, Denise was instrumental in promoting innovation and driving transformation, with a strong focus on customer service.
