Before the workshop, trainers read a sample of each participant’s work and identify specific areas for that person to work on. This feedback is passed on to participants confidentially during the workshop.

Participants will apply the workshop tools to their actual work during the workshop. They can get instant feedback from the trainer to resolve any questions about how to use their new skills.
