Training bundles

Most people will benefit from a refresher 3–12 months after doing their initial writing training.  But if your budget doesn’t stretch that far, think about which team members have the heaviest writing load and which ones need the most support with writing. 

The maximum number of refreshers is the number of people that are booked into your initial workshop(s). For example, if you buy 2 Essentials workshops (with 10 participants per workshop), you can buy up to 20 refreshers.  

No. You can only book our public training workshops or full-price individual refreshers online. We offer our training bundles under a service agreement. Please contact us to secure your preferred training types, dates, mode of delivery, number of participants and refresher courses, and we’ll send you a quote.

When you buy a training bundle, we book in your initial training date(s) and send you prepaid vouchers for the refresher courses. When a team member is ready for their refresher, they simply check our workshop schedule, choose their preferred date and use one of the vouchers to book their spot. 

We run our refresher courses every month from February to November each year. If the course you want to book isn’t yet available online, check back soon as we add new dates all the time. 

No. Each team member can choose to do their refresher training on a date that suits them. They have up to 12 months after their initial training to complete the refresher course. 

The refresher courses available in our training bundles are online self-paced courses. If you are looking for a face-to-face option for your team, we offer extension courses in persuasive writing, communications writing, and ministerial and policy writing. Contact our sales team to find out more.
